This book, very much like the 29 theses Martin Luther nailed to the Whittenburg church door, gives the scriptural details of God’s plan for His people in this time of crisis. Luther inherited a world torn apart by the Bubonic Plague, a pandemic far worse than our own, which destroyed the credibility of the Roman church and encouraged local political leaders called Kings (although their jurisdictions were small) to rebel. The plague also wiped out between 25-30% of Europe’s population, just as we are watching many old people die in this country; other nations suffer major losses as well.
China Virus like Bubonic Plague
The Chinese Virus is doing to the world system just what the Bubonic Plague did 600-700 years ago.
Out of this several things were developed:
- The Protestant church which led to the establishment of the USA, with a new focus on a personal relationship with God through His son
- The beginning of public education, even though Luther only included boys in his classes.
- Worldwide exploration, including the Americas
- Development of industry, the end of the Guild system and the slow nationalizing of Europe
- The printing press (also in Germany)
- A new attitude towards human growth and development
- Massive changes in the arts, both secular and religious.
Today’s Chinese virus will accomplish the same dramatic changes. The Church, as always, is the ignition that lights the societal fire. As predicted the Church Age is fading; attendance at churches was already suffering badly before Covid-19. Old line, doctrinaire churches were the first to fade either going anti-Bible or pro-secular religion, embracing psychology and the convenient religion of Whatever while young believers went another way building mega churches focused on teaching and personal development, once called holiness.
God’s Chaos Code is a primer for this new age, the age of the Kingdom of God. Jesus’ last instruction to his disciples was this:
Matthew 24:14 And this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a witness unto all nations; and then shall the end come.
The Church traditionally preached the gospel of salvation, the gospel of the church, for 2,000 years. The Kingdom is not run by men, as is the church, with men’s rules and processes. The Kingdom is managed by the Holy Spirit directing individually His people in their assigned tasks. To the outsider it looks chaotic but it is not. It is a shift from the management of men to the spiritual management by God.
Men’s systems could touch the church and her members, but the secular world has no way to handle the Kingdom people who march to a spiritual drummer, unseen and unheard by the world.
Wallnau’s book explains the process by which President Trump, God’s man in this fight, leveled the mountains raised up against this Kingdom people and making the new path flat and plain. Wallnau and his co-author’s citations are so complete no one could accuse them of sloppiness or prophetic license based on opinion or Biblical manipulation. That makes it a scholarly work told in a modern voice.
Non-believers, atheists and others who live in the material world may scoff but it is not written to them anyway. It is for God’s people, Christian and Jew.
Think of it as a game plan for the 21st century.
