Welcome to Would You Consider

Our Logo describes the nature of truth.

Theology has all the beliefs in a little box. It all fits together, at least until new information or revelation comes along, and then we do not know how to fit it inside our box.

smallbiziconInstead, let’s start with the cross in the center of information – as Paul said, I preach Christ and Him crucified – and then we add, precept by precept and line by line to our personal knowledge of God and His working in the world. The little blue piece is that new idea which will free you to grow in God, both wisdom and understanding.

In 2011 we began by exposing worldwide English readers to modern apologetics. This unfamiliar word comes from the Latin – APO, out of and LOGOS, the word.

More specifically, Jesus Himself is the Logos of God, or the Word which God spoke to us, truth, life, and the way to behave and think in all circumstances.

Our principles are as follows:

♫ The Bible is a collection of 66 books over a period of 4,000 years. If there are any flaws, they have been largely worked out. It is the foundation document, and must be rightly understood.

♫ We apply Biblical principles to modern life, history, politics and culture.

♫ Each post is fairly short, usually under 800 words. People are busy and explanations of an invisible God need to be concise and placed in the mind for meditation and thoughtful consideration. You do not gulp theology.

♫ We invite questions.

♫ We look at truth as we sit on God’s shoulders, not down at the level of man, his problems, and his doctrines. From this vantage point, all information and revelation is available to us as long as we are prepared to live at the level of our revelation.

In 2020 also planned:

Let me introduce myself to my readers and share why I am writing, what I write about, and why it is public information.

First, prophets have warned the Church (not an individual group but all of God’s people) that 1 billion (with a B) new souls will join God’s company in the next few years. Second, the churches in the USA and across the world are losing members and not feeding or guiding their flocks. 30% of all believers do not attend a church.

Third, I know what new converts are missing – the information and counsel about what God both says and what He means.

It is public because that billion-member group will wander around without instruction. There is no larger school than the internet and it is already overflowing with false teaching about God, life and death. These are the essential questions of life and must be answered. Of course, not answered all at once.

Understanding the Kingdom of God is like your savings account – you gain by accrual. Learn a little bit every day, add to your knowledge, increase your spirituality and become settled and mature in your faith. (It is a walk with God, not a sprint or a 100 yard dash.)

All that here? Hopefully, over a period of time, yes. You can set up a “follow” routine for this blog. You may not need or want to know everything said here, but eventually all this information will become relevant.

I have only one parameter – God’s word, that is the Bible and his modern-day prophets. Join the conversation.

    1. Thank you for the comment. Here is a brief overview regarding what I do here and with my other comments.
A stint as a print journalist for a scientific, business and tech newspaper gave her a solid foundation in deadline writing. She reaches thousands every month on Quora (7.000) and Twitter (average 25,000) explaining modern life, weaving in history and theology.
Cree asks readers to think differently about the information overload in the world today, much of it flawed or misrepresented. She views and comments on the world of politics, religion and culture as though she is sitting on God’s shoulders. God, she says, is nowhere near as rigid as some people think nor as tolerant as others would wish. Much of modern theology confines God and His word in areas where he is quite able to speak for Himself.
I have many small points of disagreement with standard theology, but I hope they are here to free men not put them in further bondage.

    2. Thank you for the kind words. I am working so hard to be “discovered” but how. I have prayed that God would give me a venue, like The Epoch Times. where I would be in conservative company reaching the thought leaders I want to reach. My Twitter feeds reaches 25,000 plus every month. I reach another 7,000 on Quora and my poor blog has a few every day, not nearly enough. Please pray for a break through. Thank you.
