Notice: The point of this passage is that God takes responsibility for putting Donald Trump (Cyrus) in office. Is this a reincarnation of the Biblical Cyrus? Absolutely not. The Bible says that these men come in the “spirit of” a forerunner, as it does of Elijah and John the Baptist.
